Films play a very important role in our lives. Different cultures and regions are emotional driven by different films. Movies are the mirror image of the society or our future and past. They create and raise the feelings within and sharply present our daily life issues.
One of the most effective movie industries is the Bollywood. Bollywood has entertained many Indians across the globe for more than 5 decades. Not to forget it has thousands of foreign nationals following it across continents. Great actors and powerful scripts are the main tools to manage people’s feelings and issues in India.
As we all know an actor is also a great leader as he influences many of us to be like him. It may be good or bad. Many of us try to imitate their style or try to possess what they have. People in India are emotionally driven by movies and take it seriously more than worshiping “GOD”.
Bollywood is one great media that provides education about different cultures and issues with great human diversity. It’s a big family of actors performing not only for money but also for social cause. All are not the same but the big stars certainly help the under estimated.Bollywood movies are full of music and colour and what attracts the most is the raw look of costumes and the actors’ willingness to perform crude rolls that replicate the slums, mafia or beggars. Bollywood releases more than 1000 movies per year and may go up to 1500 per year.
It is a great source to generate jobs every year depending upon the economic situation that affects every market. Bollywood generates about 3 billion dollars of revenue every year. Actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai and more are gems that make Bollywood glamorous and well known around the globe. Fashion designers and great art designers to creative directors and writers all make the Bollywood attractive with their work for the common people.
Bollywood movies have shaped many families and provided great cultural and religious values and latest up gradation within the society dynamics. It’s commonly seen a woman crying while watching any Bollywood movie. It may be a sad or happy scene but the Indian women is so engrossed with the play that she feels she is a part of the situation every time she sees a new movie or repeats the same one again.
Bollywood movies cover a large number of topics like movies related to family, sports, society issues, real life events, terrorism, environmental, political and much much more. It is a medium to spread love and affection within in the society as Bollywood is deeply accepted and respected by the Indian Masses. Every weekend the theatres are full and difficult to find tickets for any show. People accept or refuse the movie depending upon the issue covered or the quality of the topic. But sometimes smaller the cast of actors is better is the movie with more social values.
Big budget films attract people for the first few weeks but if they look just glamorous with big stars and no great script then the glamour turns into a great flop creation. But still hit or flop, Bollywood Movies are always a onetime watch as there is a lot to learn from them. Nothing bad even if you learn only one new technique or value to adopt in your daily life after watching a two hours movie which we couldn’t learn during our past life. Humour to sorrow and values to principles all this is integrated in one single way in India that is Bollywood. Success is not easy but for few Bollywood lifts them from the street and puts them on the skies with no limits.
