Ethics needs to become the key absolute requirement of ANY MBA program wanting to really make a sustainable difference in the present and in the future. Ethics and sustainability do not depend upon public relations stunts but actual real behaviors that anybody can observe; the dynamics of reality are by now so strong and fluid that the truth and its positive or negative effects always come out at a faster and faster pace.
We need to start learning to put actual desirable behaviors ahead of hopeful desirable statements. Only this way we will truly make a difference in the present and in the future. It is as simple as that! Are we ready for it?
By now we can no longer wait. We need to act demonstrating that we have reached an higher level of consciousness and responsibility.
